truck registration

I currently live in california but I am selling my house and moving to colorado.

After we sell the house we want to travel around the country for 3-4 months
before actually moving to colorado.

We want to buy a 3500 SRW HO 6 speed for the trip.

How do I go about buying this truck in another state and getting it
registrated if I don't really live in any state and have no perminent
address?

Help, I want the truck.

Also, I seem to remember a dealer in Idaho that does a ton of out of state
sales because of low prices. Does anyone know what dealer I am talking
about. I want to call them and find out what my options are since they are
experienced in doing out of state sales.

Any suggestions.

Re:truck registration

Sounds like you are talking about Dave Smith Motors in Kellogg ID. They are the highest volume Dodge dealer and great to work with. Dont have a link handy but they will come right up on a search engine. Bought my truck there and nary a complaint.
