Toyo Open Country M/T LT295/70R17
Looking on the Toyo Canada WEB site it looks like they are going to offer the M/T in 295/70R17.

I know the other 2 offerings in 17 inch are E rated. But looking at the chart I'm afraid the 295 will be D rated. This would be lame...
Does anyone know what a Load Index = 128P equates to?
