Tires
What tires are the best for a 2003 2500 with a 2in leveling kit. I was looking at the Pro comp Xterrema allterrian the one that goes like 40000 miles. Any body have these? Any good? here they are http://www.procomptires.com/xtremeallterrain.html
I haven't heard the absolute best things about them... They are good looking and E rated though. I hear better things about toyo A/T and M/T tires.
If you don't mind dropping to a D rated tire look at Nitto and BFG.
For 2 inch leveling kit and wheels with backspacing between 5.5 and 6 I'd run a 35x12.50x17 or 315/70/17 tire... If you are sticking with 17 inch wheels.
Don't forget to lift the rear... Tail draggers suck.

ive ran about 4 sets of toyo tires. I like them alot. they were about 300 cheaper than the bfg at that everybody runs and they did great. I run toyos right now. they are awesome tires. the things I hear is the x terrain wears out fast on the road.
The Pro Comp Extreme A/Ts have gotten good reviews from the people that have them here, if you do a search you will find some info. I read a few reviews on the web. They appear to be a good road tire, a very good rain tire, but not much in the mud. Toyo and Nitto are rated as higher quality than Pro Comp by most people, but in my mind Pro Comp has a nice lineup of tread styles that fills gaps left by most manufacturers.
