Hi guys - I'm going to be ordering the Autometer three gauge console pod in the next couple of days. I already know that I'm getting the EGT and Boost gauges, but what should be #3? Since I have a 6 spd I don't need the tranny temp gauge, and I'm not going to be pulling anything heavy enough that I'm going to worry too much about the tranny temp anyway. So, I'm thinking either an oil temp gauge, or a fuel pressure gauge. I'm leaning more toward the fuel pressure gauge, but that's only because I'm thinking I can tell of the fuel pump is going south with that gauge. Is that correct? Also, I haven't seen as many issues with the fuel pumps in these 3rd gen trucks as in the 1st and 2nd gen trucks, or am I imaginig that?

Fuel pressure. Not as big of a concern as it was on the 2nd gens, but still a concern.

 

I would go for the fuel pressure as well.
