How do you get the tail lights off. Tried but has two bolts behind the light I cant get too. The light has condensation in it and want to try to find the problem. ?? Thanx dudes.

 

You should update your sig with your truck info. For the 06 it is just the two screws on the inside of the bed then just pull it straight out to the rear. There are 2 little rubber guides that pop in to grommets, so it requires a little bit of a tug. I just pulled mine off a couple weeks ago to install a back up camera. The tension on the assembly was a bit concerning but it didnt look like anything else was holding it on so I just yanked it and it came right out without incident.

Got it out today. Boy were they tight.The sheet metal was flexing and then it popped out. The water had been in there so long the socket corroded apart on the back up light. Looks like I have to buy that socket holder that has the four screws holding it on. I'm sure it will cost big$$ from the dealer. Thanx for the info again.

 

Hey Biggerkin. Most people list it as a 04.5 not 04 1/2 kinda looks like you got a half ton CTD and lots of people may get excited of the thought
