Tailgate Light Bar

Man I wish my truck had come with running lights

I've been trying to find an OE tailgate ID bar, but all I can find is cab lights

Anybody know where I can come up with one?? (I stuck an ad in the wanted section)

If not, has anyone installed lights in the space between the tailgate and bumper? I wondered how much space was available....But I dont want that "Line of Fire" thing....Too tacky for me

You can add the factory setup of off a duallie. It will fit right on I think you may have to drill two hole for the mounting screws and one for the harness. The part numbers are 5086509AA for the light bar itself and 5086510AA for the harness. The prices are $47.35 and $44.50. Not sure if that's what you had in mind but hope it helps.

Guys, I have a Dually and put on a custom aluminum tailgate. I mounted a triple led light between the bed and the bumper...looks great and is protected and out of the way. I broke the stock triple light once and replaced it but it is too easy to smash. Go with a triple led light they are about an inch wide and you can easily splice it into the park lights. You might be able to buy a double light set and splice into the brake lights also. ks

I bought the L E D line of fire from geno's, I like the idea of having extra turn signals and brake lights, and these are bright. Just my .02
