All the ones I have seen for the rear require you to remove the fold flat floor if you have it but not raise the seat.

HTH.

I am running a probox in mine. Pics are in gallery if you want to check it out. I am very happy with the sound quality, no vibrations or distortions.

the seats dont fold flat its the floor. the seats fold up and there is a piece under them that folds out to make the floor flat. I'm guessing you don't have it....

Subs under the rear seat

I didn't like any pre-made boxes that I found and I had some JL 10" subs that I had installed in my 2nd Gen, So I made my own. I don't have any pictures, but I could take some and figure out how to post them if you would like to see it. I can still use the fold flat floor, I did not have to raise the seat, and they sound surprisingly good. It was a lot of work though. I had to make a template out of cardboard to fit the opening in the storage compartment under the seats, and the tricky part was getting the speakers to fit in there without the magnet hitting on the sides of the compartment. The JL's are pretty compact and take very little airspace, but the magnets are HUGE in comparison to the cone and kinda get in the way.

Patience, my friend, patience... It took me all day to get mine built and the speakers positioned. I had to wait till the next weekend to get the amps and the speakers wired and installed. It was well worth it though.

Fox box, by fox acoustic is not bad. I have a buddy with one. Some of the boxes require you remove the carpet at the bottom of the compartment for a perfect fir. the Fox box does not, and they seem pretty popular amoung the folks at dodgetalk.com. they do however require the seat to be spaced up. Personally i dont think spacing the seat is a big deal, makes for a bit more leg room and a little less head room.

I have the fox box with 2 10's. It sounds ok. Should be better when I get my Alpine w205 installed.
