Exclamation Steering wheel "wobble" at 50-60 MPH

OK -- here is another question for you. I put on new wheels and tires at 3000 Miles from the OEM - Alum. 265 17(s) to BFG 285 17(s) and now, I have noticed a "wobble" at 50-60 MPH that leaves around 61 MPH... Any ideas? I have noticed a pull to the right as well. I am up to 6700 miles now... No curb strikes or off roading has been done... Input?

Vibration and pulls always strt with the first thing that hits the pavement and work your way up.TIRES.Check balance and rotate fronts side to aside, see if pull goes other way etc.
