I have a 2004.5 3500 4x4 dualie. My truck is making a pulsing feeling in the steering wheel when turning. I feel the pulse in the throttle peddal as well. I had it in the shop today and had them check the front end and nodda. When driving about 30-40 mph, if I hit small bumps it feels like the steering stablilizer shock is letting tires move, but the wheel in my hand is not moving and the alignment is straight going down the road. Could this be a steering pump? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
