My little sis had her 2003 2500 do this. Speaker was fine. The dealership knew about the problem on other trucks and stuffed some sort of foam in the door. Problem gone and the stereo sounds much better (for a stock system).

Rattles, vibrations, buzzing noises. All can be warranty claims under the 3/36 bumper to bumper warranty.
