If you look at the pics of the trim after I removed them, there are 2 screw holes there from the factory. I just reattached them with 2 #8-18 x 5/8" trim screws. Just make sure not to OVER tighten them. I used setting 3 on my DeWalt driver clutch.

I think you SHOULD ALL DO THIS, the factory fake wood crap is a slap in the face considering the sticker prices on these lugs.

Mine has the brushed aluminum. Its a little better than the wood but Yours look amazing painted to match. May have to give it a try.
