removing headliner/pillars

I need to run coaxial calbe for a roof mounted cb antenna. How tough is it to drop the headliner and one of the rear pillars?

easy, just had mine out. rear pillars, pop off the plastic screw covers with the edge of a knife, then 2x 10mm bolts hold each one on. pop the covers off the seatbelt hangers, large torx bolt holds each one on. the rear clothes hooks are a pain, they're a 2 piece design and lock in place by sliding the inside of the hook into the outside. you'll see what i mean when you get them out, pull the center of the hook out and they should pop out. same concept with the sunvisor clips. the main sunvisor mounting brackets are held in place with 3 torx screws each. the overhead console has a screw under each of the clear lenses, pop them out, take the screws out and then it should snap out. if you are actually removing the headliner from the truck, drop the front edge down to the bottom of the dash. depending on whether or not you have a 4x4 and/or a stick, you may have to remove the transfer case shifter and gearshift to get it out through the front doors.
