rattle when put into drive

rattle when put into drive
I have a 06 CTD, auto 3:73. then ever I put it into drive there is a very annoying vibration/rattle on the passenger side. I sat over there and it feels like it is a heater fan loose??? something on the firewall that is loose??? I cant find anything loose over there and my local dealer has had the truck for over a week 
and wont even look at it let alone fix my power steering pump(why I took it in).
Has anybody else experienced this??
