what determines if an 07 2500 cummins has cab lights are they an option or what and also what determines if it will have the big heavy duty lookin fold out mirrors? do the lights and mirrors come with the towing package or what???

 

Cab lights are an option on SRW, tow mirrors are also an option separate from tow package.
