Power window engages blower motor?

I recently purchased an '04 QC and noticed something strange with the power windows/blower motor.

If the passenger side switch is used to operate the window, it will work normal for 1 second and then somehow the blower motor is engaged and the window movement slows to a crawl.

Everything works fine using the driver's side controls.

Also another thing I noticed that might be related or not is the rear doors won't operate the windows with their respective swtiches but they work from the driver's controls. I figured there was something wrong with the child lockout switch at first but now I'm rethinking my theory.

Anyone experience anything like this before or can point me in the direction I should start looking for a solution?

Weird. I just noticed that my passenger side window switch is only working intermittantly, but I haven't seen any blower motor involvement. My driver's side controls also work fine.

Like I said, the passenger side window will work with the passenger side switch...but it's got that little extra function associated with it, which is why I'm thinking it might not be the lock out switch.

How much did the switch set you back? I might replace it anyway if it's not too expensive.
