Plugged A/C line from low side vacuum?

06' 3500 5.9 Low side is drawing a vacuum when AC is switched on. New compressor, condenser, expansion tube and accumulator/dryer. Flushed system out, held good vacuum and charged up with 134a. Evaporator seemed to have good flow when flushed. There must still be a blockage somewhere...has anyone had a rubber line collapse in the system?

Well after reinspection all pieces with another system flush we found the new expansion tube we installed to be faulty or totally plugged.
New tube installed & cold AC again.

Sometimes the rubber AC lines will deteriorate on the inside and the valve will catch the flaks and plug.up. Like a black powder.
