Ok some how my vacuum line coming through the fire wall broke at the fire wall. Does any one know or have a diagram how it ran, I don't want to rip out the dash and mess with the a.c. to replace this line. I would like to run a new line but can not figure out how to tie it back in to the vacuum controls.

The vacuum line actually runs through the fire wall with the evaporator fittings so will be tough to get it through in the same place. It connects to the bunch of vacuum lines going/coming from the rotary vacuum mode control switch. The black vacuum line is the feed line and is the only black one in the vacuum harness. Run the new vacuum line through the fire wall in a different spot and connect to the black line in that harness and you'll be good to go.

Thank you very much. That is what I needed to know. I hate cutting into them and messing up more then I already have to fix due to the age of the truck.
