To install them, it's not hard at all. You just need adaptors. As far as gearing, the 22.5 setup dropped the rpm about 300 at 55mph. The 255/70 tires are 36" tall to give you some idea of the change in gearing.

Fender flares are ATS, painted and installed by Dodge body shop. I picked the ATS because of 'word-on-the-street' quality and I feel they are the most modern looking of the mix. Some of the other brands Look to me 2nd Gen remolded to fit 3rd Gen.
