passenger door air leak

Just noticed over the weekend that I have a bad air leak in the front passenger side door window as I drive at road speeds down the highway. It just started this all of a sudden. I thought maybe the window was partially down as I was driving but it is raised all the way. I can't see anything wrong that would be causing this ....... any one with a similar problem?

Maby it's the door seal that is leaking and not the window, my drivers door was making lots of wind noise on the highway, had the dealer adjust the door a little tighter when i had the new door seals replaced and it helped a lot but still not perfect, he says can't tighten anymore so i just turn the radio up a bit more and suddenly it's gone
