The acc delay has to be enabled through the star scan tool. its very hand i love that feature. The horn thing you can do yourself.

On my 06 i have the card you asked about but it was in the center arm rest not the glove box from the factory.

 

The seatbelt procedure is the same as the ford crown vic's except they make you turn the headlights on and off and rub your belly while patting your head.

If you disconnect the batterys do you have to reset the customer enabled features like the fords?

 

Thanks for that. I talked to my dealer last night and they said they didnt even know if it is an option for my truck! They said to bring it in anyways and they can see if they can make it work. Makes me feel really good about my dealer. About the Fords, our Expedition never did loose any of the features from disconnecting the battery.
