opti lube -Opinions & results or snake oil
I Hope Spicier Will Do Another Test In The Near Future To Address Some Of The Consurns And Questions People Have Asked About .it Seems With Opti Lube That Is Going To Be The Only Way To Know .let Spicer Run The Test On Opti Lube He Buys Instead Of Some They Gave Him.
I also could not find any MSDS sheets relative to the OptiLube, and I also agree, no sheets ='s snake oil. Actually, I believe that the laws regarding fuel additives require the MSDS information AND also EPA testing both be available to the consumer. I would have liked to see the TCW ratio at 1oz/1gal in the test data, as that is pretty much the ratio everyone is using.
Obviously, schools still out on all of this stuff. Lubrication vrs cleaning and how the two affect your engine/parts wear and replacement parts costs kind of comes up to a moot point as the costs of your pump vrs the costs of injectors are about the same. Seems you can't have it both ways to your benefit.

using opti for three days at first i didnt think the engine was quieter but the more i drive the better it gets. the big suprise was the mpg gain it went way up i dont want to even say how much but the increase will more than pay for the additive.
