My truck has the chrom door handles and I am wanting to switch them out for the black ones like on the sport trim trucks? I have found some places online but they never have the driverside front handle...is it the same as the pass. front handle or am I looking in the wrong places. Thanks

The drivers front and passenger front are not interchangeable, as you would havve to turn it around to keep the black facing outwards.

 

Not exactly sure what you're wanting but the driver side handle has a keyhole,the others do not,maybe thats the difference..?
