No Brake lights on 2006 MC 2500...

I searched and only found the problem on pre 3rd gens.

My brake lights just stopped working, no codes are showing up on dash.

Checked fuse and switched with new just to be sure, no fix.

Any ideas where to start?

Chief, did you try putting a meter on the 7 prong plug on the azz end, 5 should be alive, 1 is ground and the other is aux charging for trailer towing. I think the blue one is back up lights. Make sure your wife is not mad at you when checking the back up lights because truck has to be running and in reverse for it to get juice.

Gotta to go, taking my 2000 f350 to work today (cause the ac works great on it) Boudreaux

Ok, so I searched the electrical. All was good, turned out that i flicked one bulb and the filament turned to dust. Weird that one bulb would shut down all the brake lights.

Chief, glad you got it. Which bulb did you flick to get it to work? rear, front, left, Rt. Just curious, with all the weird stuff happening to my 06
I'm all ears.

Passenger side rear, middle bulb. Top - tail and turn, Middle - tail and brake, Bottom - reverse. BTW: thanks it was a P.I.T.A hunting down the problem just find out it was something so simple. I ended up replacing all the bulbs and now have 5 extras.
