I just recently purchased a 2007 Dodge Mega cab 2500 with 1500 miles. This is the first diesel I've purchased. Are there any common problems that I need to be aware of? And if so, what are some remedies. The truck is a regency badlander conversion with 8" lift and 35" tires. It has the 6.7 cummins in it. What are the recommended fluids for the truck? Thanks in advance for the info and I hope to become a lifetime cummins owner.

Sounds like a nice truck. Welcome to the site. I can't help you with the 6.7 very much, but the biggest complaint I hear about them is the emission stuff and lower fuel economy than the 5.9's.
There are many smart people on DTR though.
Do a search on your motor, and you will be able to find a lot of info.

Get rid of the DPF and EGR ASAP and it will be a trouble free vehicle that will give you many years of service. Keep them on and you'll get your CEL membership card. Go to http://cumminsforum.com to get the details because DTR's sponser (the EPA) gets upset when we talk about DPF and EGR removal.
