I need some info from you Dodge experts out there. I am looking to buy a 2003 Dodge Cummins Diesel HO 3500 Dually 4X4, auto transmission truck with aprox 113,000 miles on it. They are asking about around $15,000 for it. This is a one owner truck and looks almost new with near new tires.

I am planning on going to look at it this weekend. What possible problems should I be looking for and is this this a good year for this truck?

First thing to do is get the VIN# and PM RatlRatl with it. He can run it in the DC System and you can find out everything that a Dodge dealership has done with that truck. Basically you can find out if it has been a problem truck or not. Other than that, make sure the blend door for the A/C works right by switching back and forth between A/C and defrost, check the door weatherstripping, and definitely take the truck out on the highway and make sure the cruise works OK. Also make sure the trans shifts the way you want....
