Need input on sway bar links

The sway bar links in my truck are DONE. 1 is broke and the other is junk, Wanting to know what to replace them with, factory stuff or links from Thuren or Lazar Smith or just aftermarket stuff with poly bushings. Stock ride height with Carli upper ball joints, upgraded steering kit (AE version) and bilstein 5100's so you know what I have.

well if you broke one already i wouldn't put the oem junkers back on but i think the carli/lorenz/thuren links are all longer to accomodate the 3in lift instead of using drop blocks so i don't think they would work for stock ride height. only thing i don't like is those heims can start to rattle after they wear a little. i would call thuren, see if he can make you some shorter ones....

Thuren does have them for a stock ride height, adjustable from 0-3 inch lift. are there any aftermarket that uses poly bushings for under $100.00?

I'd suggest the MAXX Links. You can get them from Genos Garage. P/N SMX-1226 for the 03's.

I put them on my 2006 after my KORE Leveling was installed.

Another vote for the Maxx links. Mine have held up great and you can buy directly from them as well. Great folks to deal w/.

Did any of you others that put on Maxx links have a twangy vibration in the front end afterwards? I've got this sound that twangs when I hit a large crack or pothole at speeds over 50ish. I'm wondering if my rubber frame bushings are shot or I should put the poly bushings on the sway bar mounts. I doubt it's the Maxx links, but since I've not seen so many of us in one place I thought I'd ask.

I put Thuren links on my truck (stock ride height) and I have to say I'm extremely happy with them. Easy install and if I want to get the 2" level done to the front end its no problem to adjust them.

No twangy sound with the Maxx's of course I can't really anything real good and have not driven with the window down since putting them on. Its winter here.

They did stop my DW for awhile. Before i would get it at 65 on any little bump. Put all new greasable ball joints. That stopped for awhile. The links worked for awhile, now it only happens at about 80 or bad bumps on turns. BFGs are gone this summer.
