Mud Flaps??

Does anyone have the Mopar Dually mud flaps?? Are they any good? Got pictures? I made the mistake of not putting them on my 02 2500 right away and ended up throwing rocks out of the tires and dinging up my rocker panels. I want to avoid that this time. So, in the interest of time, I need to get some quick. My dealer may be the fastest resource.

I have a set of the Mopar flaps, they look real nice setting on the bench. I'm waiting on a set of chrome weights before I install them. The flaps are a nice heavy rubber and are designed to fit the dually, using existing holes and drilling a few new one's.

Phloop, where did you get your flaps from and where are the weights comming from? I ordered the rubber flaps with the rams head logo from Geno's and also the weights and didn't notice that the weights are for the plastic flaps. I like the rubber flaps so I will be sending back the weights and am toying with the idea of making weights myself unless you have a source.

Got the rubber rear flaps from my dealer...around $35 as I remember. I think they look fine & I was able to get them installed without removing the wheels, although I couldn't put in all the bolts/screws due to drill clearance problems.

(Borrowed a right angle drill a few weeks later and completed the job.)

I'll go out and snap a picture in a few minutes if your interested.

Get them for the front wheels as well. I have them front and back , but I waited to long to buy them. Paint behind front and rear wheels are chipped up.
I couldn't get the drill in there with the tires on. Installed the flaps when I did a rotation. A drw would be more trouble though with those extra wheels.

I got the flaps from Dodge. I will be getting the weights from an aftermarket truck chrome shop. Do you have the weights from Geno's now? I saw that they were for the plastic flaps and wondered what the difference between them was. I'm thinking that a weight is a weight. I think the reason is that the Ram's head flaps have a straight line just above the ram head and the weights are angled on the top so the lines will not match up. A little black RTV will fix that right up.

Phloop, your right the lines don't match up so I'm toying with the idea of getting some stainless steel and inserting it where the ram's head is and putting some ram's head emblems on the steel.
