Msrp & Invoice

Does anyone know if the msrp & invoice price changes on any given truck in different parts of the country? It seems to me the msrp may change in other parts of the country, but the invoice should be the same anywhere. What do ya'll think?

Invoice does not stay the same.. Ive been to many different dealers, pricing the same exact truck at different dealerships.. and the invoices varied from dealer to dealer.. oddly enough.

I've been searching different dealers on the internet, and looking at the stickers, they seem to vary somewhat in other areas. I thought maybe it was just me looking at too many different stickers and not remembering every option on each one I look at. Oh well, I guess I'm not getting any younger either.

I looked at a ton of trucks recently before I bought my "used". I was even told this from my local chicagoland dealer, Texas-New Mexico-Wyoming-Colorado etc. have better pricing from Ma Mopar to the dealers in these areas because they sell many more trucks to the ranchers, farmers etc. Locally I couldn't touch a new loaded ram for under 43K but found several for 34K and up through dealers out west.

Just what I was told and observed.

Well not to differ from what has been already posted, let me just add something here. The MSRP is the same. What you have to look at on the sticker is the DATE of build/sticker price. There have been a couple of price increases along the way this year, both on the base price and on some option prices. So you may look at 2 identical trucks and get a different price depending on when it was built. Also remember there are REGIONAL REBATES. These are done according to the region of country as determined by DODGE. I know this since I live in NJ but ordered thru a dealer in Oregon (yes Oregon) where they have a Regional Rebate of $500 and that is in addition to all the other rebates from Dodge. The dealers in NJ didnt get this rebate. The Regional rebate is shown on the MSRP sticker and lowers the final sticker price. In my case then the final total MSRP differed by the 500 from NJ dealers, but the base prices and option prices are the same.
