Check out the Hankook ATM RF10's. Im running them on my 04 3500 in a 325/65/18 on a 9" procomp wheel with no rubbing with just a 2" level kit up front. These tires ride excellent and stick corners like glue wet or dry. They have a 50k tread warranty and are E rated with a 3800# weight cap in a single wheel configuration. They measure out to right about a 34" in height new.

 

There's lots more E rated options when you go to 18" wheels, 325/65 would not be my choice though....
