Hi. Ok this is kinda weird but today I was On my way to the
dealership to buy a new key and get in programmed(I lost one) Anyways as I start my truck to head over there the little red light(security system light)
comes on. Never has it come on before. this is while its running and so I get to the dealership for the new key and they plug their starcan code reader
to see why the light is on and the code says. Lost communication with key..
They go ahead and cut and program the new key and we try it and it says the same thing,Lost communication with key.. They reset the code and it comes right back on. so they dont know at this point Why? I have it booked in for them to have a look but Im wondering if anyone has had this problem??
The truck starts and runs fine....
