Depends what you use the truck for and how much you want to spend.
If you just want to level it for bigger tires you can use 2" spacers, will NOT affect your ride at all.
Keep in mind you should also put in longer shocks, your diff will get pulled towards the drivers side (it will not be centered) and you should put in an adjustable track bar to re-center it.
Also your axle will more toward the fenders, you can make do but longer control arms would be good to re-center the axle in the wheel well.
You should also do something about your sway bar end links, put in longer ones or lower the sway bar like I did with KORE spacer blocks.
You should also lengthen your snubbers.
If you have more money to spend and want a softer ride you can look at leveling kits by Carli or Thuren, they use longer softer springs and are great if you wanna tear it up off road, but you'll still need to address all the other points above.
Once you get the front end figured out you'll wanna do something to soften out the rear end, by the time you do that you'll have $5k into your suspension.
The 1 ton ride doesn't bother me for towing my trailer to the lakes and using my truck to explore other lakes, I just wanted to put bigger tires on and level it so I just used spacers.
I have air bags to hold the rear up when I'm loaded, the track bar and/or control arms are next.
Also, if you put bigger tires on you should think about a steering box brace, I have a BD on mine.
