Question leveling kit problems and questions..

Hey guys I have a '07 3500 dually. I just installed a spacer leveling lift kit in the front end of my truck along with bilstens 5100's. It now makes a popping noise when I hit bumps and the front end is alot more bumpier...Any help

check track bar bolts. there known for not being tight enough. put a breaker bar on them, even if the think there tight put some more in to it. i know you already checked everything but do it one more time.

How does it drive? Ride any better?

I've been thinking of the same change. 2" TopGunz in front with 5100's and then a 2" spacer in the rear with 5100's. Did you have it aligned after?

Well to be honest with you it flat out %$#^....I still have to get it aligned but i had the death wobble happen to me twice today...Talk about scary!!!....Felt like i was going to bouce or wobble off the road..All most like since the geometry change to suspension the shocks can't hold down the tire...Who knows.....I rechecked all hardware and its all tight. WHO KNOWS...ANY SUGGESTIONS....

if you haven't had a shop do the alignment on it yet then your toe is off and both front tires are pointing inward. and you track might be off as well.

Had the exact same problem on my '06 Dually. Even after alignment, the DW was the same. I had found the steering stabilizer was faulty (even with 3500 miles on it). I changed it out to Superlifts Dual unit that used Bilstein's for the dampners. My set up was exactly like yours. 2" leveling kit, Bilsteins 5100's etc.

I have since transferred all these components to my new '07.
