Left Tail Lamp Turn Signal/Hazard/Top Brake Lamp Not Working

A couple of weeks ago, lost the left rear turn signal. The bulb had gotten super hot and deformed causing a loss of contact with the circuit card/lamp holder. It got hot enough to deform the housing where the circuit card/lamp holder inserts into the tail light housing itself.

Ordered a new replacement tail lamp assembly (circuit card/lamp holder/lamps included) for both sides. Right side works fine just like the one it replaced. Left side turn signal/hazard/top brake light does not work. Top and bottom park lamps on the left side work and the lower brake light works. Top lamp does not light with turn, hazard or brake.

Any ideas on what the issue is?

Thanks for the help!

Swapped the left and right side tail lamp assemblies and it's not the tail lamp, light or circuit card. When I moved the right side over to the left it did the same thing as the left side. Top and bottom park lights work and reverse light works. Lower brake light works when stepping on the pedal. Top bulb doesn't light with turn signal, hazard or brake.

All the wiring looks to be intact at the connector and I've followed it back along the frame rail which looks to be intact as well.

At a loss for what the issue might be.

I'm curious whether you checked the circuits with a test light......Ben

Pulled the C6 connector off the TIPM and connected +12v directly to the pins for the corresponding tail lamps. Each lamp illuminated per the schematic. The wiring from the TIPM to both tail lamps is working for brake/turn/backup/etc. I've not found a means to test the TIPM for the lighting circuit, anyone knowledgeable on the TIPM know this process?

Thanks!
