Key accessory position

This has happened to me a couple of times now... I'll turn off the truck and hop out, and go to work for a week. When I return, the battery is flat. It seems the key will pop out of the ignition in the accessory position, and I wind up with a flat battery.

Is there a fix for that? Or could I put a switch in so accessory AND switch need to be on?

Thanks
