Just wanted to vent on my experience with the justanswers.com where you ask a mechanic online about a mechanical question you have regarding your truck. The answer that they gave me regarding my EGR valve and the code P0489was alright, they just charged me double for what was agreeded upon. I agreed to $13.00, gave him a $7.00 tip and then I look this morning and another $20.00 was charged. Not too cool!!! No response from customer service either.

 

Why didn't you ask your question here?

Most of us only charge once.
