Intermittent wiper problem

Hi all,

This is my first post since finding this site. My problem with the intermittent wipers just started. When on the various intermittent settings, they work fine with the appropriate amount of pause, but then out of the blue they will do 2, 3, or 4 continuous wipes then return to the intermittent setting it is set on. This seems to happen randomly and on all the intermittent settings. No problems with the low and high continuous settings. Am going in for the reflash on Thursday and want to know if this is a major problem and should have it looked at while I am there. Thanks for any replies.

If it's in the shop, why not have them look at it? Of course, it will work just fine while it's at the dealership....
