I'm Back

After spending a year and 50 thousand miles in a Ford F-150 I'm glade to say that I'm back. I got DC to buy my 03 Vibrator back in 04 then bought an 05 Ford gas truck. For a year all I could say was it sure rides smooth and I miss my diesel. Last week I went and test drove an 06 Diesel quad cab for about 100 miles. Up and down the highway, state routes and city streets. The only vibration I got was from the road. But what I got was a new truck, an 06 Quad Cab SLT 4x4. I didnt get leather and all the options I did before but I didnt get the 70 mph vibration either. It seems that what ever caused the vibration in the 03 got fixed. I'm very happy with the new ride and hope it will last for a long time.

Nothing wrong with an F150.

Yea I had one & it was a nice truck except that it didn't get over 12mpg & worse when towing anything.

Welcome back msatow. Most everyone comes back sooner or later. After they've realized the errors of their ways.

You are right! I had one it and it was a great HALF ton truck. But, if you have a load to pull, there is no comparison between it and a Cummins powered Ram though.

F-150

Your right. When I pulled my snowmobile trailer with the F-150 I had the pedal to the floor from Toledo to the Big Mac bridge. With the Cummins it did not even know the trailer was there. Big, big difference. Plus at 19 to 20 mpg with the diesel and maybe 8 to 9 mpg with the Ford.
