I ordered a 3500 slt 4x4 QC on Feb 12, it had a status of D1 yesterday with a ship data or March 4. Its to be built in Mexico. How long will it take to make the trip to Wisconsin, Milwaukee area?

 

Mine took three weeks to reach the dealer in Ohio from the time it left Mexico.

 

I have followed the rail car movement and I would say that the rail car will arrive in Warren, MI. (which is about a 1/2 hour away from my dealer) in just over 1 1/2 weeks. How long it will take to get from the distribution center to the dealer is another story. The dealer says to expect four to five days. The truck was built in Mexico.

 

After arriving at the final destination by rail, my truck took exactly one week to reach the dealer. The dealer is one hundred miles from the final rail destination. You may try to have your dealer expedite the delivery.

 

Well I am in Wisconsin also, and sad to say it took just a hair over 4 weeks from the time it shipped untill it got to my dealer. Once it got off the train down in IL I think it is, it was only a couple of days. It was the train ride that took forever
