How Come?
What's up with my rail pressure? I don't have mechanical RP gauge, just using Commander. The pressure will flucuate +/- 400psi from a average of 24500psi. It doesn't matter if it's idling or WOT, it doesn't drop anymore than that. I'm wondering if there is something wrong with FCA or what gives. Maybe time to try the CP3 mod, I don't know any ideas.

Maybe Stop by A Diesel Performance Shop , and have them POP a Pressure Guage at the Rail to better see whats going on.
Sounds pretty bizare, maybe that Gauge has Some Funk " taking place. Hard to say, process of elimination.
