Thumbs down Highbeams stuck on.

Hey guys, chalk up another issue on my dodge..
My highbeams are stuck on all the time while in gear, regardless of the indicator or hitting the switch. They started doing this on the highway and if I played with the switch they would go back to low beams. Untill I hit a bump, then boom highbeams would stick on again. An now I can't even get it to switch back at all.
They are after market HID's.

Does this sound like a bigger issue? Or just a loose ground some where?

Thanks!

ahhh, the infamous Multi Function Switch strikes again!

see shorts' very nice write up on how to sort it out - you'll be amazed what a cheap little bit of plastic and tin this thing is

https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...l-t306312.html

and maybe do it before you're out in a sleet storm in a ski area pkg lot in wyoming, with lots of drunks wandering by offering less than useful advice...

Did you check to see if the truck high beam circuit is driving the HID controller? Could be the HID controller is causing the issue.

My ABS light and e brake light are going off and on intermittanly too. And I had voltage problems, got a new alternator and batteries. Took out the module and there are some signs of minor heat damage.
