anyone know why my vent selection switch isnt working? I went to switch from the foot and face vents to the defroster, and it didnt do anything. I have tried all the settings and no change. ideas?

It's not the recir door it is the mode door. Recir door only does outside air or inside air. Yes it is a pain. You could have a bad motor or broken mode door. The dash has got to come out to test it. If you have never taken a dash out and are not a mechanically inclined you may want to take it to the dealer.
