Good deal or not? 2007 mega 4x4

2 weeks ago we had our second child and I forgot how big those stupid infant seats are. I have a QC and have to move my seat way up just to drop that thing in. My wife reminded me that this is only necessary for the first year.

Back to the point, I went and looked at a 2007 (5.9) 2500 Mega cab 4X4 Laramie this weekend. They were asking $25.9k. Truck had leather and Nav with 55k miles. Trucked looked flawless inside and out. Only thing I did notice was the rear diff cover was rusted. My 2004 has 115k miles and no rust at all. Is this a sign of high temps in the diff? Is this a good deal or is it too good and probably has some mech problems.

There is a super nice one in the classifieds here for less than that and it even has nice rims/tires on it. I'd check that out first if you are on the East Coast....

My '07, the diff cover was flaking/rusted @ 10k mi. Scuffed it up with a wire wheel and painted it. Still looks good 6mo later.
Asking $25.9k? Talk them down a little.
Gave $30k for mine with 10k mi this spring when most thought they were still gold, and it has about $5k in extras, although not a Laramie.
