Front end swap

Front end swap
Hey guys, i was wondering if the new 06 and up style front end (grille, fenders, and bumper) would fit on an 03. I have a sport model and would like to put paintable parts back on. If anyone has any input on this that would be great.
If this will work i will trade someone my 03 sport front end with the light bar (pic of the truck in my profile) for an 06 and up sport front end.

they covered this in the nov, edition of diesel world. when it comes down to it, its not worth the hassle. you have to replace the headlights, grille, fenders, bumpers, fender liners and the mounting points arent the same. so you have to do some modifying for those. plus sensors and stuff upfront wont line up like they do on your 03 so you will have to play with that... when it cam down to it, its easier to buy a new 06-07 than to try and convert your front end. that was the concensus in diesel world...
