Firestone ride-rites

Someone told me to use the dual air-rite kit vs. single kit because in hard cornering the air bags would try to equalize and actually try to throw you.
Anyone had this problem or know anything about it?

No problem with single. I've hauled big loads of gravel and loaded it evenly - still no problem. I tried seperate lines at first and thought it was a PITA to keep them the same - even with no leaks. Craig

I have seperate lines and it is a little PITA to make sure they are the same but I have a digital gauge and it is real handy and I love the bags!!

using separate lines is so you can level the load out, it is no worse than filling up your tires

I have mine on separate lines so that I can level the load, not a problem airing them up individually. I installed them that way to prevent auto equalization from occuring. The bags will respond to shifting weight forces if they are not individually aired.

We run separate air circuits for each bag - makes tuning easier, and allows the bags to perform an anti-roll function in the turns.

Here's my $.02. If your going to be pulling a trailer go with a single, but if your hauling in the bed do separate to level the truck.

If I make a suggestion that could make life very easy.
Run seperate lines to the 2 schrader valves used to to fill the air bags.
Just behind the valves area insert 2 "T"s one in each line and insert a small valve between the lines. Close the valve and you have individual side control. Open it and you equalize the sides.
