Does anyone know what kind of milage i can expect if i go to a 35" tire? I have a 03 2500 4x4 ctd with 3.73 gears currently i get 21 on the highway @ 60mph running 285"s if there is anyone out there with an opinion to this combo i would love to hear it before i buy the tires/ I have ridden in an 06 with 315's but it has the 410's

Based on what I've read, it could change from zero to some loss of MPG. I was tempted to get larger tires to push the RPM's down (and thus the MPG's up) at freeway speeds, but after lots of research and review it appears the poorer aerodynamics of the taller truck more than offset any gain in drive ratio. At present, then, I'm sticking with the stock 265's as a decent compromise between ratio and aerodynamics. I'm getting a shade over 18 MPG (hand-calc'd) in mixed driving anyway, so I don't have a lot to complain about.
