Electrical Mystery help!!

New here. 2005 3500 5.9L. Driving the truck last week and the transmission seemed to "slip" suddenly. Looked down and the PRND2 indicicator had the square around my current gear "D" flashing rapidly between D and 2 as if I was rapidly shifting the column back and forth. I stopped and threw it in park which immediately threw on the Service 4wd light. Shifted into park fine and back into drive. Got it back home with the "flicker" happening intermittently once ir twice more. Tested both batteries and they were both bad. Replaced them but the issue remains. Checked the CCodea and PCodes. I'll post them below. But nothing seems to be related. Transmission shop said tranny looks totally fine but codes won't clear and it has to be electrical. I have no idea where to start. Any help would be great!!

By your code it’s the wiring to the fan hub. Check it out thoroughly

The wiring to the fan hub/clutch has been known to wear thru the insulation on the wire causing a short and when that short happens many different electrical issues come up and some of them wont make sense......
