I have a 06 without the duel climate control. drivers side is cool and the two vents on the passenger side are definately warmer. my wife keep giving me 3 degree cause I keep telling her it's her imagination. Does anyone know why
the drivers is cooler ? was it made to keep just the driver cool? I had the blend door replaced once, when the door broke no air came out of any vents
but I could hear the blower turning at all the different speeds.

Had my Mega Cab in 8 times last year A/C problems, recirc door and 10-20 degree spread between the vents. The factory rep came up 340 miles to look at my "strange" problem. I had digital thermometers clipped in all the dash vents for his inspection! My truck has dual zones also.

They dumped/recharged the system twice and got the spread down to 10 degrees. The factory rep stated a 12-14 degree spread is acceptable, not much luck cooling on 100+ degrees days in CA.

The A/C on the trucks is poor when faced with any temps above 90 degrees.
