drivers window goes down crooked.

when i try to open my drivers window it almost always goes down crooked. the glass toward the front of the truck goes down faster than the rear part, and of course it binds up. does the window track need to be lubed up with some silicone or is there some type of clip that broke that holds the window to the raising and lowering arm?

Sounds like one of the 2 parts that attach to the bottom of the window has an issue , you need to pull the door panel to find out & fix .

I had the same problem and had it replaced under warranty.

I haven't done one for that yr. , so I could tell you by seeing , after doing hundreds of them over the yrs. , it is easier to figure there tricky fastener hiding techniques .

I had the same problem on my 04 Dodge. You need to remove the door handle by taking the bolt out of the back of it and remove the screws holding the door panel and then it should just pick straight up off the door and unhook the wiring harness to the window and lock controls. I had to pull back some of the plastic inside to see the bottom of the window. Set the bottom of the window in the clip and roll the window back up and the window will set back down in place in the clip. Hope this helps you out.
