Dodge Option Code YHBA

Does anyone know what that is?? On the build sheet is says:

"YHBA 8 Additional Gallons of Diesel Fuel)

I think it's DC's part number or build code to fill the truck w/ 8 gallons of #2. Like ALL major manufacturers, they have to have a PN for EVERYTHING to be able to track it for cost, etc.
