Dodge Mud Flaps?

I have the OEM DRW flaps on the front and the back. When I put them on I put silicone/gasket seal on the bolts so to keep water from the holes I drilled. Whether it will fully work though, who knows. But I did the same thing on the truck before this one and I had no problems.
